 Hey, there bloggers! Welcome back! This project is based on our final task and I've decided to work with Alyssa, Sloane, and Stella. They are  great with brainstorming ideas and timing. She has great leadership skills but she isn't against new ideas or change like other people I have worked with in the past. We're planning on asking more people to join our group but we haven't had the time to figure it out.

Tomorrow we are going to sit down in class and plan everything out. We have to pick our genre out and watch videos for inspiration. I need to find out all the rules and what limits we have. It's already been decided that I'm the key editor from now on. Personally, I've had so much fun editing the videos from the past assignments. For this project, we're learning from the past videos and taking more time to edit.

We do not want this to seem rushed or sloppy. our last video wasn't sloppy but it wasn't as nice as I wished. I thought a good idea would be comedy especially since they  would know how to base this video. Knowing our personalities and ideas, wouldn't be too bad. That's what I'm planning on presenting to the group tomorrow. Again, we'll be recording with an iPhone. Neither of us has a camera but I was thinking of borrowing a friend's either way. We will continue to use cap-cut for now. That's it for now. Update you guys soon!!

  Hey everyone! We're back with another update, this time taking you behind the scenes of the editing process for our Final Task project. After filming wrapped up on Fort Lauderdale Beach (those summer vibes are coming in strong!), it was time to turn all that footage into something magical. The first step involved gathering all the clips from my amazing group members. We created a shared album to make it easy, and then it was game on! Instead of jumping straight into fancy title cards, I decided to focus on building a solid foundation. Think of it like laying the groundwork for a house – you wouldn't decorate before the walls are up, right? So, I started by creating a rough cut of the entire Final Task. Production Blog - Just getting started!

  Hey bloggers. As of right now, we're trying to figure out what we're going to do and how we'll plan for our music video. We won't have costumes that stand out but most likely an outfit that would match well with the original music video. When it comes to where we might film, our options are either school or scenes to represent a "city". For example, many tall buildings. Places with a lot of people and colors. I do have work and Alyssa usually has to watch my brother after school so it's going to be a bit tricky to find an exact time but we are talking about it and trying to make it work. Eventually, we will find some time that is convenient for both of us. The only "props" that we'd use in a sense would be our phones to record but I'm not so sure that would be considered a prop.
