Reflection

 Reflection

My "All About Me Commercial" production was a learning experience that took me outside of my comfort zone and opened my eyes to new creative possibilities. I had originally planned to shoot the video at home, but I changed my mind at the last minute and decided to use a "A Day in My Life"-style vlog format. This modification not only changed the direction of my endeavor, but it also provided a more accurate and intimate portrait of who I am.

Although this new structure allowed for a more accurate representation, I encountered unforeseen difficulties. Nervousness overcame me as I faced the camera, and I briefly froze. My inability to speak clearly was a result of my fear of being on camera. This experience demonstrated the value of preparation and practice in successfully overcoming stage fear.

Utilizing technology, especially my iPad's iMovie and Capcut for editing, was a learning lesson in and of itself. I learned how effective these tools were in improving and honing my material. It was thrilling and challenging to learn how to use iMovie and Capcut, but the payoff was well worth the effort.

The need of having a defined structure or end objective for any activity was one of the most important lessons I learned from this job. By establishing a structure and a direction, I was able to speed up my creative process and make sure the result was coherent and powerful. It served as motivation and structure, like having a guiding light throughout the voyage.

I intend to add more feeling and passion to my work in my upcoming project. The audience may be captivated and the topic made more accessible by sharing personal experiences and anecdotes with real excitement. Additional text added to the films can improve comprehension and engagement and give viewers a more thorough experience.

In conclusion, my "All About Me Commercial" endeavor was an examination of technology and myself. Every stage of the process, from being apprehensive in front of the camera to mastering editing software, taught me priceless lessons. I can't wait to put these lessons into practice as I continue to develop as a content producer and infuse my work with passion, emotion, and purpose.
