Hey blog i’m back! I am here returning to complete my Final Task. I am about to be turning 17 years old in about two weeks; my birthday is September 19, 2006, which makes my Zodiac sign a Virgo! I have a strong love for legos, specifically the architectural sets. So far I have built the Guggenheim Museum, The Pyramid of Giza, and the United States White House out of Legos. I also love my hair, and I am almost always listening to music. My favorite genres of music is Rap and R&B but to be more specific, I enjoy Trap music which is a subcategory that falls into rap and R&B music which was generated in Atlanta Georgia; therefore, I mainly listen to artists such as Future, Summer Walker, and Bryson Tiller. My family and I are all Jamaican but now we all live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I am the youngest out of 4 siblings, I have 2 sisters and a brother. I played volleyball for most of my life up until the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, I fell out of love with the sport then due to high intakes of stress, with sick family members, balancing school virtually, and etc. My favorite place to eat is Wing Stop and my go to meal is a 12 piece Honey Hot meal with seasoned fries and a Fruit Punch or water. I hate anything with Tomatoes, mushrooms, or a fish that is not Salmon. I also love binge-watching TV, my favorite shows are Law & Order Special Victims Unit and Grey's Anatomy; when I am in the mood for something comedic, I may watch Bad Girls Club. I also have a nephew! My nephews name is Nasir and he is 3 years old, he is so smart! He loves Legos as just like me, he likes drawing, and lately his new obsession has been anything that relates to racing cars, I love my nephew a lot because he was born right before the pandemic started and throughout the pandemic I faced many occurrences and stressful events but he was always by my side and always put a smile on my face no matter how bad my day could have been. I am currently a Junior in High School. It is a dream and goal of mine to become an Attorney that specializes in Family Law. One I graduate high school I have high hopes on attending Howard University, a Historically Black University to complete my undergraduate studies in Social Work, then pursue Graduate Law school and receive my Juris Doctorate so I can practice Law.  Stay tuned to watch the journey of my Final Task Creation!

  Hey everyone! We're back with another update, this time taking you behind the scenes of the editing process for our Final Task project. After filming wrapped up on Fort Lauderdale Beach (those summer vibes are coming in strong!), it was time to turn all that footage into something magical. The first step involved gathering all the clips from my amazing group members. We created a shared album to make it easy, and then it was game on! Instead of jumping straight into fancy title cards, I decided to focus on building a solid foundation. Think of it like laying the groundwork for a house – you wouldn't decorate before the walls are up, right? So, I started by creating a rough cut of the entire Final Task. This meant going through all the footage, clip by hilarious clip, and weeding out any bloopers, shaky bits, or anything that just didn't quite fit the flow. Production Blog - Just getting started!

  Hey bloggers. As of right now, we're trying to figure out what we're going to do and how we'll plan for our music video. We won't have costumes that stand out but most likely an outfit that would match well with the original music video. When it comes to where we might film, our options are either school or scenes to represent a "city". For example, many tall buildings. Places with a lot of people and colors. I do have work and Alyssa usually has to watch my brother after school so it's going to be a bit tricky to find an exact time but we are talking about it and trying to make it work. Eventually, we will find some time that is convenient for both of us. The only "props" that we'd use in a sense would be our phones to record but I'm not so sure that would be considered a prop.
